Payment Terms

Booking & Deposit

To reserve your wedding video editing service, full payment for services is required.
This payment secures your spot on our editing calendar and covers initial planning and coordination.

Final Payment

Full payment must be received prior to the start of editing. No work will begin until the balance is paid in full.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as direct bank transfers, securely processed via Stripe.
Payment details will be shared upon booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Your booking includes a non-refundable $250 deposit.
The remaining amount may be refundable at the sole discretion of PixelPerfect Wedding.

If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be canceled and your services forfeited.
In the event of a rescheduled wedding date, we’ll make every effort to accommodate—subject to availability.

Late Payments

Payments not received by the agreed-upon due date may incur a late fee or result in cancellation of services.
Continued non-payment will result in full forfeiture of services.

Highlight Film Delivery Timeline

Editing begins once we have received your footage and full payment.
Standard delivery time for your final wedding highlight and any additional assets purchased is 1 week after receiving all footage, though timelines may vary depending on project complexity and depending on how quickly footage is uploaded by guest filmmakers to the Pixel Portal.

By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these payment terms.
