Pixel Registration Policy

Overview

At PixelPerfect Wedding, we believe in creating high-quality, cohesive wedding films while keeping the process simple and organized. To maintain consistency and ensure smooth editing, we limit footage submissions to registered Pixels only. This policy outlines how Pixels are selected, registered, and managed to uphold the quality of your final video.

What is a Pixel?

A Pixel is one of the 2-5 designated individuals chosen by you to film your wedding day. These individuals will be responsible for capturing key moments using their smartphones or DSLR cameras.

Pixel Registration Requirements

  • You may register a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 Pixels.

  • All Pixels must be identified before your wedding date during the onboarding process.

  • Only registered Pixels will receive upload access to submit footage via Frame.io.

  • Each Pixel will receive a unique upload link to prevent unauthorized submissions.

Footage Submission Rules

  • Only footage from registered Pixels will be accepted. Unregistered guest submissions will not be included in the final edit.

  • Each Pixel is responsible for following the shooting guidelines provided in our video & written tutorials.

  • Footage must be uploaded within 2 weeks after the wedding to ensure a smooth editing process.

Enforcement & Additional Footage Policy

  • If extra footage is submitted from unregistered guests, it will not be reviewed or edited.

  • If you wish to include guest-submitted clips, you may purchase an Additional Guest Footage Add-On ($100 per extra guest clip, max 3 additional clips).

  • By booking with PixelPerfect Wedding, you agree to adhere to the Pixel Registration Policy and footage submission guidelines.

How to Register Your Pixels

After booking, you will receive a Pixel Registration Form where you will provide the names and emails of your selected Pixels. Each registered Pixel will then receive detailed filming instructions, upload access, and best practices for capturing stunning footage.

Final Agreement

By booking with PixelPerfect Wedding, you acknowledge that only registered Pixels may submit footage and agree to comply with this policy to ensure a high-quality final product.
